  2. Complete your cart: Add needed details including account numbers and delivery location.
  3. Wait for your products to arrive: Products will arrive partially imaged and ready for quick deployment.

Please Note: All TechHub orders assume you have received approval from the recipient’s supervisor to order the items you're purchasing.

Delivery Details

Shipping and delivery information is pre-populated based on your NetID, but you should enter the location where you want the equipment to be delivered.*

*If you are placing a bulk order (more than 10 machines) with multiple delivery locations and account numbers, please provide additional information in the Order Comments field at checkout. You will receive a template to identify additional delivery locations and billing details.

Billing Information

Updating billing information in your TechHub cart helps ensure the requisition is created correctly in AggieBuy.

The following information is pre-populated based on your NetID, but should be updated if you are ordering equipment for another individual.

  • Recipient UIN (required)
  • Recipient College/Unit (required)
  • Recipient Account Number (optional - if not provided, AggieBuy will use the default account for the recipient UIN in the requisition. The account number can be changed in AggieBuy at the time of payment if needed.)

Shipping Method

Free on-campus delivery is offered in the Bryan/College Station area. Technology Services employees also have the option of picking up purchases at the West Campus Data Center.

Payment Process

Once you check out, TechHub connects to AggieBuy to complete the purchasing process.

  1. A requisition is automatically created in AggieBuy.
  2. The requisition is routed to the department allocator who can update or add the account number for the purchase if necessary.
  3. The requisition routes through a budget check and a final department approval before converting to a Purchase Order.
  4. Once a Purchase Order is created, TechHub begins the fulfillment process and deploys the tested and imaged equipment to the designated delivery location.
  5. Once equipment is received, an invoice is submitted in AggieBuy to pay for the new equipment. The invoice routes through the department for approval before being paid from the provided account number.

Delivery and Deployment

Equipment will be delivered in its original packaging, tested, inventoried with an asset tag*, and imaged based on Unit/Department standards.

*Once the hardware is deployed, your department will need to update the asset in Canopy/FAMIS with the final room number.

Cancellation and return policy

Orders may be canceled at any time before a PO is created for the purchase, at which time the order will be marked as 'Awaiting Fulfillment'. Once an order has advanced to this status, all sales are final. Within 30 days of receiving your hardware, exchanges will be accepted for damaged/defective items or for instances where incorrect hardware was provided. To view the current status of your order(s), login and click on “My Orders'' at the top right of the page.
