Authorization

By placing an order with TechHub, you confirm that you have full authorization from your supervisor and/or finance department to purchase our products using approved funds.

 

Ownership of Assets

All technology purchased through TechHub is owned by the state of Texas and is intended for business use by Texas A&M employees.

 

Cancellation & Return Policy

Orders may be canceled at any time before a PO is created for the purchase, at which time the order will be marked as 'Awaiting Fulfillment'. Once an order has advanced to this status, all sales are final. Within 30 days of receiving your hardware, exchanges will be accepted for damaged/defective items or for instances where incorrect hardware was provided. To view the current status of your order(s), log in and click on “Account” at the top right of the page.
